Return & refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, with any product seals intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return under this voluntary policy. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, or other mandatory consumer rights.

How to start a return

Email fellasbodycareco@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please send approved returns within 14 days after receiving those instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return shipping and bundles

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these voluntary returns unless required by law. For a voluntary full refund of a bundle, return all included products unopened and unused; contact us about an issue with an individual item.

Damaged, leaking, incorrect or defective items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help when available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. A problem with one bundle item does not require returning unaffected products unless needed to resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection, or sooner where the law requires. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Additional rights for UK and EU customers

Where statutory distance-selling rights apply, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within a further 14 days. This is separate from our 30-day voluntary policy. For a full statutory cancellation, we refund the basic outbound delivery charge; an Express upgrade is not included. You pay return postage for a change of mind where permitted. Refunds follow the applicable legal deadline and may be withheld until goods are received or return shipment is evidenced, where allowed. The withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
